The Telesteps Black Line Telescopic Loft Ladders are Adjustable Loft Ladders that are very straight forward and simple to use.

Being telescopic , it stores down to next to nothing and stows above the loft hatch, so no precious loft space is taken up when you store it. When the loft hatch is opened, all you need to do is pull the fabric strap to lower the holder, then release the ladder latch and pull out the ladders to maximum length.  The ladder is spring assisted for smooth operation and minimal effort is required to raise and lower.

The adjustable telescopic loft ladder is suitable for ceiling heights of between 2.52 and 3.00 meters , model dependant. This makes is more than than ideal for most houses or office spaces. It also fits into very small hatch openings at just 520mm wide (see table for exact sizes).
