The plastic loft hatch with twist action, incorporates an elegant construction ensuring both straightforward installation and operation. The hatch comes fitted with 50mm expanded polystyrene for insulation. The twist action catch secures the frame in three places to ensure a secure, draught-sealed fit. The draught seals prevent moist warm air entering the loft space. The unique hinge system allows the door to be hinged down or be removed from the frame completely. The door and frame have a lightly textured light finish. The door can be easily cleaned or painted to match your decor. The twist action catch can be operated by hand or with the pole attachment that is supplied.

This is such a nice product to sell! I had no idea that you could get them on their own. I needed this after my husband managed to break the old one in half by standing on it while he was in the loft. Let's hope the same doesn't happen again!
