Product DescriptionThis Dolle 'hobby' timber loft ladder is an inexpensive ladder that’s easily operated with a spring counterbalance mechanism for easy operation. It is perfect for all types of building, old and new. The ladder is stored on the hatch itself so there is no additional space is required inside the loft. It comes complete with a white faced hatch that has 20mm of insulation. It is also draught proof. The ladder itself folds into 3 sections with 82mm deep non-slip treads. An operation pole is included.

Please note, one handrail is included with this loft ladder.
